These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the tirelo website, mobile application, QR-code services, and all related products offered by Payverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (tirelo Platform).

By accessing, downloading, or using tirelo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Important: tirelo does not store customer funds. All payments and financial services are processed via licensed banking and financial partners.

1. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses tirelo, including workers, employees, customers, MSMEs, businesses, and partners.
  • "Worker" means a service worker who receives ratings, reviews, tips, or digital appreciation.
  • "Business" / "Employer" refers to hotels, restaurants, MSMEs, or organisations using tirelo for staff management or feedback collection.
  • "Customer" refers to individuals providing ratings, reviews, or digital appreciation.
  • "Service Passport"means the worker's digital profile containing ratings, reviews, and other performance data.
  • "Platform" refers to the tirelo website, app, dashboard, QR-based systems, and other digital tools.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Businesses must be legally registered entities in India.

3. Use of the tirelo Platform

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, permitted purposes.
  • Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Not post abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory content.

tirelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

4. Worker Profiles & Service Passport

tirelo collects and displays:

  • Ratings
  • Reviews
  • Feedback
  • Engagement metrics
  • Verified work details (if provided)

Workers consent to having this information displayed as part of their professional profile.

Workers may request profile deletion through customer support.

5. Payments, Tips & Payouts

tirelo does not store customer funds. All payments and financial services are processed via licensed banking and financial partners.

Where tipping is enabled:

  • Tips are transferred directly to the worker or pooled account, depending on business settings.
  • tirelo may charge a platform fee/commission on transactions as displayed in-app.
  • All payments are processed via third-party payment partners (UPI, payment gateway, etc.).
  • tirelo is not responsible for payment delays caused by banking/UPI systems.
  • Workers must complete KYC verification to withdraw funds.

6. Ratings & Reviews

  • Customers may submit ratings, compliments, or feedback voluntarily.
  • tirelo may moderate content that is abusive, offensive, or violates guidelines.
  • tirelo does not guarantee accuracy of reviews and is not liable for user-generated content.

7. Business Accounts

Businesses using tirelo agree to:

  • Ensure onboarding information is accurate.
  • Obtain consent from their staff to collect feedback and reviews.
  • Not misuse worker data or reviews.

Businesses may subscribe to paid plans for additional features.

tirelo reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

8. Data Privacy & Consent

By using tirelo, users consent to:

  • Collection of personal data
  • Storage and processing per tirelo's Privacy Policy
  • Display of ratings & reviews
  • Communication via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or push notifications

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, designs, and materials on the platform are owned by Payverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with:

  • Payment gateways
  • Identity/KYC providers
  • Hosting services

tirelo is not responsible for failures or errors caused by third-party vendors.

11. Service Availability

tirelo strives to offer uninterrupted service but does not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free software
  • Zero disruptions due to maintenance or system upgrades

12. Limitation of Liability

tirelo is not liable for:

  • Losses due to inaccurate reviews
  • Payment delays caused by banking systems
  • Business losses, reputational impact, or indirect damages
  • Fake, misleading, or incorrect user-generated content

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) in the last 12 months.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal activity is detected
  • Data misuse is reported

Users may request account deletion at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

tirelo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
